Rainfall, No rain is expected; Lightning strikes, If any, will be isolated; Winds, Northwesterly winds of 10-20 mph will shift to a northeasterly direction this afternoon. High temperatures will rise into the low or mid 80's. Winds expected gust in the 20-25 mph range. Red Flag Warnings have been posted for all areas of the state except for Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County. Red Flag Warnings will expire at 8PM EDT.
